Vehicle does not start. Holds oil in engine and water in radiator. No mechanical inspection has been done on this vehicle. Turners are not liable for forklift damage.

LOCATION, VIEWING & STORAGE: Turners DVA - 133 Roscommon Road, Wiri, AUCKLAND Ph: 09 580 9330. Viewing is highly recommended by appointment only. Storage = $20 storage/day will be automatically charged after 48 hours of the auction.

Turners are unable to determine the distance this motor vehicle has travelled because the odometer reading cannot be confirmed. Therefore there could be unpaid road user charges outstanding. By purchasing this vehicle you contractually agree to update any unpaid road user charge at your cost.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made online within 24 hours of purchase. Payment must show in our bank account before we can release vehicle to you or you can pay in branch. Eftpos is available, Credit Cards have a 2% surcharge.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
