Returning Your Lease Car

If you have decided to drop off your lease car please:

1. Select a branch from the list shown below. (Please note that Turners has other branches across the country. However, these branches are not authorised to accept lease vehicle returns.)
2. Park the vehicle and lock it.
3. Take the keys into reception.
4. Reception will require your registration, odometer reading, the name of your company and the lease company you are returning for.
5. Turners will issue a receipt, please retain as your evidence of return.
6. Advise Turners if there any issues with the vehicle.
7. Please make sure you have removed all personal information from the car including removing personal data from the infotainment system.

If you are based in Auckland there are 3 branches spaced around Auckland to make it easy

• Turners Service Centre, 68 Gavin Street, Penrose (CLOSING 7th Nov)
  • The Service Centre will be closing on Friday, 7th November.
  • From Monday, 10th November, all vehicle deliveries for the Service Centre will be redirected to Turners Cars Otahuhu: 1120 Great South Road, Mount Wellington, Auckland 1060

Please note that there are other branches in Auckland. However, these are not set up to accept lease returns.

Elsewhere in the country please drop your vehicle off at your nearest Turners Cars branch.
