How does a tender work?

This is a sale where offers are put forward by a specific time and date. Our weekly tenders start from 12 noon every Wednesday and ends 4pm the Monday following. 

How do I submit a tender?

To participate, all you need is login to your Turners website account, or create one if you don't have one already.

If you have any problems placing a tender, please contact the consultant responsible for the vehicle. The consultant’s contact details are on each listing.

Submitting a tender is easy:

1) When you have found an asset you wish to submit a tender for, simply click PLACE TENDER 

 

2) Log in when prompted, or create an account if you don't have a Turners website account

 

3) Enter your price in the box, tick to show that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions (circled) for this tender and click SUBMIT

4) You can view a list of the assets you have tendered for anytime while logged in. Simply open the MY ACCOUNT menu and click WATCHLIST - View

How will I know if my tender is successful or unsuccessful?

After you place a tender, a pop up notification will appear confirming that your tender has been successfully received.

At the end of the tender, the vendor will contact all bidders on the next working day to let them know if their tender was successful or unsuccessful.

Our online tenders run weekly from 12 noon every Wednesday to 4pm the Monday following. If you miss out, there will be plenty more opportunities every week for you to bid.

How can I find out more about each listing?

At the bottom of each listing there is a question and answers section where you can ask a question. The consultant’s contact details are also on each listing. If you have any questions about a particular vehicle, please contact the consultant for more information.

What fees do I need to be aware of?

Standard payment terms apply for tenders as per your agreement with Turners. A buyers fee will be charged on top of the tender price received. 

Is transport available?
