OK, so Halloween was yesterday, but this American advert for the new Mini Countryman must be a shoe in for car ad of the week. They even made it especially for Halloween running it for a short time so TV watchers wouldn’t get bored of it. How thoughtful.

The advert is your typical horror scene where a young couple, inexplicably hanging out in a scary wooded area, are being chased to their Mini by masked homicidal maniacs. There’s lots of screaming, chainsaws and pageant girls and it’s pretty funny. Watch it here and the short follow up here.
