Purchased or sold a vehicle from Turners within the last 12 months? Tell your friend or family member about us.

2. They Visit Turners

When they visit a Turners branch, ask them to tell our team:

"Tina told me to come in."

Our team will then help them complete a referral form so we can verify the referral.

3. They Complete a Qualifying Transaction

Your referral becomes eligible when your friend or family member completes one of the following with Turners:

  • Purchases a vehicle
  • Sells a vehicle to Turners
  • Arranges finance through Turners

4. We Verify the Referral

We'll verify that:

  • You're an eligible Turners Cars customer
  • The referral qualifies under the promotion terms
  • The referral details provided are correct

5. We'll Contact You

Once the referral has been verified, we'll contact you to arrange payment of your $100 referral reward.

6. Receive Your $100

After your details have been confirmed, we'll pay your $100 reward directly to your nominated New Zealand bank account.

Who can refer a friend?

If you've bought a vehicle from Turners Cars or sold a vehicle to Turners Cars within the last twelve (12) months, you're eligible to refer a friend and earn a $100 reward when they complete a qualifying transaction.

How do I earn the $100 referral reward?

Refer a friend or family member to Turners. When they visit a Turners Cars branch, ask them to tell one of our team members:

"Tina told me to come in."

Our team will then provide a referral form for them to complete.

You'll receive a $100 referral reward when they successfully complete at least one of the following with Turners:

• Purchase a vehicle
• Sell a vehicle to Turners
• Arrange finance through Turners

How do you verify a referral?

To help us verify the referral, we'll ask your friend or family member to provide:

• Your full name
• Vehicle registration (rego)
• Phone number
• Email address

We'll also verify that you're an eligible Turners Cars customer and that the referral meets the promotion terms before any reward is paid.

How many referral rewards can I earn?

Only one $100 referral reward is payable per referred customer, regardless of how many qualifying transactions they complete.

However, there's no limit to the number of friends or family members you can refer. For example, if you refer 10 people and each completes a qualifying purchase, sale, or finance transaction, you could receive up to $1,000 in referral rewards.

How will I receive my reward?

Your reward will be paid directly to your nominated New Zealand bank account following successful verification.

Refer a Friend Promotion Terms & Conditions

This offer is available to eligible Turners Cars customers who have purchased a motor vehicle through Turners Cars via Buy Now or Auction channels, sold a motor vehicle to Turners Cars, or both. To be eligible for a referral reward, the referral must be made within twelve (12) months of the customer's most recent vehicle purchase date or vehicle sale completion date, as applicable. Eligible customers must be individuals and not businesses.

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred customer must identify the referrer to Turners and complete a Refer a Friend form, providing any information reasonably required by Turners to verify the referral.

A referral will be deemed successful when the referred customer completes one of the following transactions with Turners:

  • Purchases a vehicle from Turners and full payment has been received;

  • Sells a vehicle to Turners and the transaction has been completed; or

  • Obtains finance through Turners and the loan is fully approved and funds have been advanced.

The referrer will receive one (1) referral reward of NZD $100 per referred customer. Only one referral reward is payable per referred customer, regardless of the number of qualifying transactions completed by that customer.

There is no limit to the number of eligible customers a referrer may refer under this promotion.

Referral rewards will be paid to the referrer's nominated New Zealand bank account following successful verification of the referral and qualifying transaction.

Turners reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant, referral, or transaction and may decline any referral that cannot be verified or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The referral reward is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for any other benefit.

Turners reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
