Alternative identification (if don’t have a drivers license)

Some auctions may require a verified identity to bid. To avoid missing out, complete the verification before the live auction starts. If you do not hold a NZ Driver’s License, please pop into your local branch with either your Passport or Overseas Issued Photo ID and a Branch member will assist you with the verification process.

Things to Note:

Your photo identifiation First Name, Last Name and date of birth will need to match your online account details.

Should these not match please update your account before you head along or let the branch member know it requires a change also.
