One $500 prize per Turners Cars branch (22 prizes total). Every eligible car sold counts as one entry. Winners drawn 2 April 2026 and notified by 9 April 2026. Prize paid by bank transfer to the same account as your car sale payment, unless you choose another NZ account.

Turners “Sell Your Car & Win $500” Promotion

1. Full Terms & Conditions

PROMOTER Turners Group NZ Ltd ("Turners", "we", "us").

PROMOTION PERIOD The promotion runs from 12:00am NZDT on 17 Feb 2026 until 5:00pm NZDT on 31 March 2026.

ELIGIBILITY

The promotion is only open to private individuals aged 18 years or over who sell or trade in a vehicle through the CashNow or Trade‑In channels at Turners during the Promotion Period. Turners must have possession of the vehicle for it to be in the draw. Eligibility certainty: For the purposes of this promotion, a “private individual” is a person selling a vehicle for personal use and not in the course of a business. Turners’ classification of a seller at the time of purchase is final. ·The promotion is not open to: anyone selling in trade or as a business, any consignment or auction channel transactions, or Turners staff (including contractors) and their immediate families.

HOW TO ENTER

Every eligible vehicle sold to Turners during the Promotion Period automatically receives one entry into the prize draw. Each vehicle sold counts as a separate entry.

Sale completion definition An eligible sale is determined by the date the vehicle purchase is completed in Turners’ systems. Entries are allocated to the Turners Cars branch that completes the purchase.

PARTICIPATING BRANCHES

One prize applies to each of the following 22 Turners Cars branches:

Whangarei; North Shore; Westgate; Otahuhu; Botany; Penrose; Manukau; Hamilton – Avalon Drive; Hamilton – Te Rapa; Tauranga; Rotorua; Napier; New Plymouth; Palmerston North; Porirua; Nelson; Christchurch (Wairakei Rd); Christchurch (Hornby); Christchurch (Moorhouse Ave); Timaru; Dunedin; Invercargill.

PRIZES

There are 22 prizes to be won. Each prize is NZD $500. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

DRAW DETAILS

The prize draw will be conducted by random draw on 2 April 2026 at the Turners Support Office.

One winner will be drawn per branch.

WINNER NOTIFICATION & REDRAW

Winners will be notified by phone and/or email no later than 9 April 2026. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact each winner using the contact details provided at the time of sale.

If a winner cannot be contacted by 9 April 2026, a redraw for that branch will occur.

PRIZE FULFILMENT

The $500 prize will be transferred to the same bank account that the original payment for the vehicle sale was made to, unless otherwise specified by the winner. Turners may require reasonable verification of bank account details before making payment.

Turners is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete bank details provided by the winner.

PRIVACY

Personal information will be used solely to administer the promotion, contact winners, and deliver prizes.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the promotion and meet audit or legal requirements. Turners’ Privacy Policy applies.

GENERAL

Turners’ decision is final. These Terms & Conditions are governed by New Zealand law.
