Payment Methods vary by branch - please see boxes below for all the details.
For Cars, you can make payment by Cash, EFTPOS/Credit card. (Please note, NO CASH at our General Goods branch). Visa and MasterCard can also be used, please note that we charge an extra 2% on credit card transactions over $100. We are unable to accept personal cheques and we do not accept American Express credit cards.
- If you are going to pay at the branch, please make sure you have the Trade Me payment reference number, Trade Me user name or invoice number with you.
- You can also pay using a bank transfer. When paying using this method please include the Trade Me payment reference number or Trade Me user name so we can identify your payment.

Tips if you just bought a car
- One of our staff will contact you directly shortly after the sale is processed in Trade Me, or the next working day.

- Change of ownership – we will process this for you. To do this, if you are coming in to the branch please bring your Driver’s Licence so we can do this there and then, otherwise we may need you to email us a scanned copy.

We are happy to help load your goods onto a transporter, however you are responsible for organising your own freight and any packaging on buyer pickup only goods from this auction. There also two forklifts to help load larger purchases.
Courier items
We can courier goods for you at the rates found on the auction information, simply deposit the additional funds for freight into our account when you pay for the goods.
Then send us your delivery address either via the Trade Me delivery address feature or email it to turners_chch@turners.co.nz and we'll get your goods sent as soon as we see funds have cleared.
