- Change of ownership – we will process this for you. To do this, if you are coming in to the branch please bring your Driver’s Licence so we can do this there and then, otherwise we may need you to email us a scanned copy.

Pickup Details
Please collect your new car within 2 days of the auction finishing. After 2 days you will incur a storage fee of $15 per day.
Collection information - if you are collecting your purchase in person, you will be required to sign paperwork and complete change of ownership before your vehicle will be released. This can all be done in the branch at the time of collection. Please bring photo ID with you. Please note that the new owner of the vehicle will need to be available to sign the change of ownership and produce photo ID.
If you are not collecting your purchase in person, please advise the branch prior to arranging collection. We will require you to sign paperwork and complete the change of ownership prior to the vehicle being released. This can be done via email.
