Terms & Conditions:
The buyer is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Arranging the transport of their building(s)
  • Purchasers may arrange transport of their building(s) with any company of their choosing.
• Submitting a health and safety plan prior to any work being done
• Arranging all trade and council permits
• Completing their own due diligences in regards to asbestos boards and/or soffits, condition of building, and fittings

All dunnage, blocks, etc., that the buildings are currently sitting on, remain the property of Brittons.

All storage fees will be invoiced monthly.

• If the purchaser uses their own transport:
  • 30 days free storage, $75 per day thereafter
• If the purchaser uses Brittons for transport:
  • 120 days free storage, $15 per day thereafter
