How to pay for the asset you just bought
Turners accepts many forms of payment. The easiest way to pay is by bank transfer - the details for this are on your invoice. However Turners cannot release your purchase until the funds have cleared. We bank with ASB, so if you are also with ASB then a direct credit or bank transfer will clear immediately. Otherwise if you would like to take your purchase with you immediately, you can make your payment in one of our branches. We accept the following methods of payment:
- Account2Account - using the QR code on your invoice
- EFTPOS - available in some but not all of our branches

Each bank sets different limits as to how much money can be transferred via EFTPOS in a 24 hour period. Turners has no control over these limits

- Credit Cards - a 2% fee is charged on all credit card and PayWave transactions. You will only be able to purchase to the limit on your credit card. We accept the following cards, but these are available only in some of our branches:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay
- Turners does not accept WeChat, UCB or Q-Card
- Cash - we only accept cash payments in some of our branches
If you require Finance, there are consultants available at some branches that will be able to help you, or you can apply online.

All purchases must be collected within 3 working days of purchase. Storage will be charged at $30 + GST per day after this point. Any work required to remove or lift the equipment is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Please note this means there will be no lifting equipment, tools or labour available on site.
