We are advertising this vehicle ‘as is’ on behalf of our vendor and no further inspection has been completed. Please view and inspect prior to purchase and purchase at your discretion. By bidding on this vehicle you accept that Turners are not liable for any undisclosed damage.

Will need a truck upon collection as non runner and unsafe to drive at all.

Issues noted but are not limited to: Bad fuel and engine leak mix caused small fire onsite whilst in our possession, uncertain on further damages caused.

Due to Health & Safety requirements, viewing is Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm. Vehicle is located at Turners, 1120 Great South Rd, Otahuhu.

Please note all vehicles not collected within 48 hours will be charged a storage fee of $15+gst per day, payable to Turners.

This vehicle was either confiscated by and/or forfeited to the Crown under NZ law. The vendor has no knowledge or information on the vehicle other than as expressly disclosed. Any warranties for 'acceptable quality' will be subject to the nature and context of this sale being of confiscated/ forfeited goods. All due care, skill and caution should be exercised prior to any purchase.

Please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions for all of the vehicle comments prior to bidding. The vehicle is sold via a Damaged & End of Life Auction due to age, damage, missing parts and/or mileage. Turners are not liable for forklift damage.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made online within 24 hours of purchase. Payment must show in our bank account before we can release vehicle to you or you can pay in branch. Eftpos is available, Credit Cards have a 2% surcharge.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
