We are advertising this vehicle ‘as is’ on behalf of our vendor and no further inspection has been completed. Please view and inspect prior to purchase and purchase at your discretion. By bidding on this vehicle you accept that Turners are not liable for any undisclosed damage.

Issues noted but are not limited to: Hybrid battery warning cooling message on dash, tyre monitoring light on, service overdue, windscreen cracked, both rear tyres cracked, both front tyres side wall low.

Due to Health & Safety requirements, viewing is Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm. Vehicle is located at Turners, 1120 Great South Rd, Otahuhu.

Please note all vehicles not collected within 48 hours will be charged a storage fee of $15+gst per day, payable to Turners.

This is a repossessed vehicle. The vendor has limited or no knowledge of the mechanical state, compliance, safety, service history and driving history of this vehicle. The buyer is responsible for making their own assessment of the vehicle to determine if the appearance, finish, defects (if any), safety and durability are acceptable to the buyer, and if this vehicle is fit for their purposes.

Please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions for all of the vehicle comments prior to bidding. The vehicle is sold via a Damaged & End of Life Auction due to age, damage, missing parts and/or mileage. Turners are not liable for forklift damage.

BIDDING

This auction is restricted to verified bidders only. Please ensure you verify your account before the auction starts so you don't miss out.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made online within 24 hours of purchase. Payment must show in our bank account before we can release vehicle to you or you can pay in branch. Eftpos is available, Credit Cards have a 2% surcharge.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
