• Waives any claims against Turners for loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from the vehicle’s condition or use after collection.

• Acknowledges that Turners has provided adequate warning regarding the vehicle’s unroadworthy status and potential defects.

• Agrees that Turners shall not be liable for any breach of the Land Transport Act 1998 or other applicable laws resulting from the Buyer’s use or transport of the vehicle.

BIDDING

This auction is restricted to verified bidders only. Please ensure you verify your account before the auction starts so you don't miss out.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made online within 24 hours of purchase. Payment must show in our bank account before we can release vehicle to you or you can pay in branch. Eftpos is available, Credit Cards have a 2% surcharge.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
