SELLING DAMAGED Water in the oil

Did not test to start, electrics power on
the engine eventually started but bellowed white smoke. Jet ski to Welch Marine they found the jet ski engine was running very rough with lots of visible smoke and found water ingress in the oil and believes this was due to accidental over speed when towing causing water to gain access into the cylinder block and surrounding areas. The repairer advises that the engine is highly likely to have internal damage from Hydro locking of the engine. The engine will need to be stripped down, and rebuilt s estimated costs would be $10,680.00
