We are advertising this vehicle ‘as is’ on behalf of our vendor and no further inspection has been completed. Please view and inspect prior to purchase and purchase at your discretion. Issues noted but are not limited to: trans shuddering and jerking when driving, both rear rotor disc rusty, engine oil leak, head unit faulty, right wing mirror cracked, roof interior sagging.

Due to Health & Safety requirements, viewing is Monday to Friday 9am – 4.30pm. Vehicle is located at Turners, 1120 Great South Rd, Otahuhu.

Please note all vehicles not collected within 48 hours will be charged a storage fee of $15+gst per day, payable to Turners

This vehicle has been seized by the Vendor and accordingly the Vendor has no knowledge of the maintenance or history of the vehicle, including but not limited to the following:

• Mechanical issues or faults in the vehicle

• Details of any accidents

• Water or other damage

• Any chassis repair

• Whether the vehicle has been in an insurance write off

It is recommended that the purchaser obtains an independent inspection before making a bid on this vehicle at auction.

Please ensure you have read the Terms & Conditions for all of the vehicle comments prior to bidding. The vehicle is sold via a Damaged & End of Life Auction due to age, damage, missing parts and/or mileage. Turners are not liable for forklift damage.

BIDDING

This auction is restricted to verified bidders only. Please ensure you verify your account before the auction starts so you don't miss out.

PAYMENT

Please ensure payment is made online within 24 hours of purchase. Payment must show in our bank account before we can release vehicle to you or you can pay in branch. Eftpos is available, Credit Cards have a 2% surcharge.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
