1 /- there was no battery with the vehicle when it was salvaged from the Mitchell Rd address

2 /- No number plates or Rego label

3 /- when we put a battery on to get the speedo reading we had a foot on the brake & the motor tried to start but sounded like it was seized.

we were able to manually turn the crank & got the motor to turn enough to wind over & eventually start. The motor started but didn't last for long because the fuel has water in the tank

Vehicle rolled twice, damages to most body panels, right side requires full body panel
