The vehicle is sold via Damaged End of Life Auction (DEOL) due to age, damage, missing parts and/or mileage. Turners are not liable for forklift damage. This vehicle has been seized by the Vendor and accordingly the Vendor has no knowledge of the maintenance or history of the vehicle, including but not limited to the following:

• Mechanical issues or faults in the vehicle

• Details of any accidents

• Water or other damage

• Any chassis repair

• Whether the vehicle has been in an insurance write off

It is recommended that the purchaser obtains an independent inspection before making a bid on this vehicle at auction.

COLLECTION

Vehicles offered for sale through a Damaged & End of Life Auction will either be deregistered, and/or clearly not be roadworthy. They may have significant hidden defects that mean the vehicle is not roadworthy. We strongly recommend that any vehicle purchased through a Damaged & End of Life Auction is not driven on a road and is collected using a transport company or that you use a hire transport trailer.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
