Vehicle does not start. No mechanical inspection has been done on this vehicle. Oil in engine, water in radiator. Interior is in damaged condition. There may be underlying issues in addition to any stated.
Water contamination is unknown!! There are potential health risks associated with contaminated flood water. It can be assumed that all flood water is potentially contaminated by run-off from the surrounding environment e.g. faecal matter, sewage, diesel/ petrol from roads etc. you should wear FULL PPE protection when dealing with this vehicle.
