Classic 1996 Ford Festiva, 3 door hatch with sliding roof and spoiler!

Has low KM's for its age

Holds water and oil

It started and drove well around a yard and spend hours driving slowly in low gears and reverse, but since it's been parked up for some time, it no longer starts.

It turns over fine and will start briefly when fuel is tipped down the carb, I'm not a mechanic, but it has spark and looks like the fuel pump isn't working now.

Although it had a current WOF when we bought it, we noticed when driving that it also probably needs a wheel bearing and rear shocks at least.

Paint is very faded in the NZ sun, but panels are all pretty straight with some small dents and scratches.

Don't know of any rust, but haven't been under it to check.

Battery holds a charge still, that sliding roof works and it hasn't leaked inside while I've had it stored outside, interior is in pretty good condition for age.

Bonnet and radiator panel are bent, front bumper has mark on corner and the front right headlight has a cracked support bracket as per photo's from mild front impact which why it got written off in the first place.

Cool little car, would love to keep it but daughter has another car now

Would suit a project (although I don't know it can be put back on the road), paddock basher or parts.

If you buy this vehicle you will have 2 working days to collect it before we begin charging a storage fee. If you leave this vehicle at Turners for more than 2 working days from the date of purchase then you may be charged $23 per extra day before we will release the vehicle to you.
