Delivered on transporter, jockey wheel damaged

Insurances states ‘Vessel suffered impact damaged, salt water damage and sand/pebbles inside from the tideline’
Hydraulic wheels on catamaran not operational, rear wheels removed for transportation but are included in sale, all electrics inside untested, outboard & inboard engine untested, passenger crew chair broken off pedestal, passenger window shattered.
