Having Problems loading Turners Live?

I want to bid in an auction but have a View Only option
In order to bid you may need to do the following:
· Make sure you are registered to bid on Turners Live (To register Click Here)
· Make sure you have entered the auction by clicking the BID button on the Turners Live Intermediate page. (very important)
· Make sure you have logged in. The log in field is located at the top left hand side of the Turners Home page
· Private Buyers – If you are a private buyer you will need to enter your credit card details in order to BID on Turners Live. For more info Click Here
· Dealers – If you have registered as a dealer you will need to have a MVT Registration number. Once your account is approved you will be able to BID online. Please note that it takes within 1 to 2 working days from registration for your account to get approved. You will also need to send a GATT form in to the account department. I am not able to log into Turners Live
· Are you registered as a user on Turners Live? To register Click Here
· Is your account activated? Once you have registered successfully an activation link is sent to you via email. In order to activate your account you will need to click on the activation link. If you haven’t received the activation link please call the Help desk on 0800 5483 243 or send an email to support@turners.co.nz
Important note for all online users:
If you have an email address, or your email is handled by Yahoo or Xtra, it is very unlikely that you will be able to receive our Activation email unless you add us to your address book in your Webmail. (Please note this has to be done in your webmail and cannot be done using a desktop application like Outlook). The activation email could also be in your spam or bulk folder so we suggest you check in all junk mail/spam or bulk folders as well
In order to put us in your webmail contacts please follow these directions:
Log in to your Mail Account
Click Contacts in the folder list (this is located normally along the left side of your Yahoo! Mail page)
Your Contacts open as a tab in the main window
Below the word Contacts on the actual tab, notice the Rolodex-card icon with a plus sign next to the words Add Contact. When you move the mouse here, it becomes a button, and when you click it, a Contact Properties window opens.
Enter the following information:
First: Turners
Last: Auctions
Email : teamturners@turners.co.nz - Activation email
: turners.auctions@turners.co.nz - Forgot Password email and
: siteadmin@turners.co.nz - Turners News Letters
Click "Save" when you're finished
Then you may need to reset the password again. Remember to copy and paste the password in the password field as sometimes you could mistake a 0 (zero) for an o etc.
If you are have any trouble doing this and you are not getting our newsletter/emails, we recommend ringing Telecom on 0800 22 55 9
When Turners Live launches it loads up to 99% and hangs
The most likely reason for this would be:
· Network Firewall – If you are operating behind a network firewall you may need to open ports, 6789, 8000, 9192 and 80 both ways (contact your system administrator for further assistance)
· Anti Virus Software – It is recommended that antivirus software be temporarily disabled while using Turners Live

I can’t make it to the auction and don’t have access to a computer. How can I bid?
If you are not able to bid on site or on line you can always do a phone bid. You will need to call up the Turners branch and register to do a phone bid. For Branch details Click Here
Attention all Firefox users: Firefox 3.6 will be compatible on Turners Live from Friday the 29th January 2010. You will need to click on Tools->Add-Ons, then click on the Find Updates button to update the LAILoader
