Branches in level 4 are closed.  However Turners will still be operating as much as possible in a safe and secure manner.

Buying or Selling Cars in Level 4

  1. We will arrange contactless collection of cars bought by essential workers only.  Please contact the consultant on the vehicle listing to arrange this. It will be done on a case by case basis and please be understanding it is not able to be done or takes a few days. Safety is first.
  2. Everyone else are welcome to buy using our BuyNow function and pay a refundable $500 deposit. Collection will be arranged once it is possible to do so.
  3. If you have already bought a car and are not an essential worker then we do apologise, but you will have to collect when it is once more possible to do so.
  4. All our car auctions will continue using our online functionality. Find out more here

  6. If you are interested in selling your car, please express submit a virtual appraisal here. The team will be able to give you an estimate for your car in most cases.  

Buying or Selling Trucks & Machinery in Level 4

  1. We will arrange contactless collection of trucks & machinery bought by essential workers only. Please contact the consultant on the vehicle listing to arrange this. It will be done on a case by case basis and please be understanding it is not able to be done or takes a few days. Safety is first.
  2. Everyone else are welcome to pay a refundable $500 deposit and collection will be arranged once it is possible to do so.
  3. All online auctions will continue to run. Collection of assets will be arranged once it is possible to do so.

Buying or Selling Damaged & End of Life Vehicles in Level 4

  1. All online auctions will continue to run. Collection of assets will be arranged once it is possible to do so.
  2. No viewing of any vehicles and all vehicles must be paid for within 24 hours of the auction.
  3. There will be no charge for storage, providing vehicles are picked up within 24 hours when the branches reopen.

  5. Under level 3 you must use a commercial transport company to pick up your vehicle

Buying or Selling General Goods in Level 4
