Find it.

Our website has a database full of listings for every vehicle we currently have for auction – cars, trucks, damaged vehicles, classics, motorbikes and more.

Just enter what you’re looking for in the Search box to the left. The details in the search results will have photos and key details of the vehicles to help you quickly find your dream vehicle.

If you don’t find what you’re after right away don’t worry we have lots of vehicles coming online so register with us and then you can save your search to your Favourites, and we’ll email you when a matching vehicle becomes available.

Check it.

To make it as easy as possible for you to check out as much information about your vehicle/s so you can “buy with confidence” we have a number of features to help you along the way:

Truck Condition reports

For added peace of mind most of our vehicles have a pre-auction vehicle condition report. You can check this out when viewing an individual vehicle (just click on the link). The report will also be displayed on the vehicle at the branch. Remember this is only a guide and conditions apply so if you want to put it through a more rigorous physical at a reasonable rate, it’s a good idea to contact the branch and book in advance.

If vendors have purchased a SMART Condition Report, this will be displayed on the listing and on the truck. (Please note that this is a condition report and not a mechanical report.)

Test Drive

Once you’ve found the truck you’re looking for contact your branch and arrange a time to come on in. Just remember to bring along your Driver’s Licence and register first.

Buy it.

To make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to buy, there are a few ways to bid - either in person, over the phone, absentee bid or online with Turners Live. But first you need to register, and there are two ways to do it:

• pre-register online up to the day before the auction
• at your local branch

If you have already test driven you're in luck as you are already set up to bid as you have registered.

Bidding In Person....

When you register you’ll be given a bidder’s number. You can use this to make your bid, or you can simply hold up your hand so the auctioneer can see it clearly (don’t worry no one ever bought anything just for scratching their nose).

If you’re the top bidder when the hammer comes down, you’ve won and the vehicle is yours. If the item doesn’t reach its reserve, we’ll negotiate a price between the top bidder and the owner, which makes both parties happy.

Bidding by Phone or Absentee....

If you can't make the auction, let our consultants know and they can work with you on either placing an absentee bid on your behalf or through phone bidding. But remember you need to register first.

Bidding online with Turners Live....

Pay for it.

If you’re the successful bidder the next steps are very simple. Don’t forget all vehicles have a Turners buyers fee applied on top of the purchase price.

You need to put down a deposit of $500. You can use Eft-pos, bank cheque, credit card, or cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners (all credit card transactions have a 1.5% convenience fee applied). The balance is to be paid by 3pm the same day or by 12 noon the following, if an evening auction, or as per the auctioneer's instructions.

Turners Buyers Fees

Turners Purchase Protection buyers fee is payable on all vehicle purchases, and guarantees legal ownership and clear title. We make sure the person selling the truck is authorised to do so, we even do the change of ownership for you – how’s that for making it easy! On unregistered vehicles, including new imports there will also be additional ‘on-road’ costs.
