Vehicle Freight Ordering Process

1. Contact Auto Express Telephone 0800 454 464 in both North and South Islands to speak directly to an Auto Express staff member, or email autoexpress@tollnz.co.nz to request a phone call from an Auto Express staff member.

2. Make A Booking Confirm with Auto express staff that the vehicle will travel directly to or from a Turners Auctions site and then provide;
 1. Vehicle details
 2. Sender and receiver details
 3. Service required
 4. The date that transportation is required
 5. Payement details - cash, cheque, visa or eftpos

3. Confirm Insurance If the vehicle owner is responsible for insurance then acceptance of liability can be confirmed by a signed booking form. once the booking has been made, the completed booking form will be faxed or emailed to you by Auto express staff and can then be signed and returned by fax to the nearest Auto Express office;
