I wish to say a big thanks you to Nihal and the team at Penrose for the superb job they did in selling my car last week. Nihal was very helpful and friendly and thanks to his efforts I received a great price for my car. Considerably more than what a dealer had offered last year and a lot more than I expected. Eight years previously Nihal sold another car for me and managed to achieve a sale price that was also above what I expected. A lot of people told me to put my car on Trademe. Basically I just wanted to drop a note to let Turners know what a superior service the Wellington Branch provides and how friendly and helpful its staff are.  I definatley will look at purchasing all our future vehicles with Turners Auctions.  A work collegue is also looking for a new car now through Turners after hearing what a great service they have provided.

I would expect exceptional service is I was purchasing an expensive car but to get that kind of service on a $5,000 vehicle is unheard of today and I think you should be very proud of your staff and the wonderful service they provide.  Well done a big thank you from us!!!

Thank you and to all the Fleet Managers, Fleet Consultants, and Auctioneers  from the different centres for all their hard work to get the great results in this round of vehicle disposals, and for making this process so easy for me to work through.  I was guided by their experience and expertise from the first sightings of the vehicles to the valuations and reserve estimates.  I always received the scanned copies quickly and efficiently by email.   There were occasions that I was a bit slow in returning the signed evaluations (sorry about that).  Nothing seemed to be a problem especially where the vehicles had to be collected and taken to the sales.  I think that it must have been the Full Grooms that was the selling point!  They were looking so good to the buyers they couldn't resist them. I always received the sales results from either the centres or yourself  promptly so I was never in a position of wondering or waiting for results, they just got on with the job.

All the staff we dealt with following our purchase were professionally kind and helpfull - from the girl who drove me into the yard to collect the vehicle, the cashier who took the money, the consultant who contacted the seller, the receptionist who gave me a piece of paper to write this on, the finance liaison lady who stopped making a phone call to see who I wanted and the whiskered man with a tattoo who showed me the test track - each of them not only helped me out but let me know they enjoyed doing it.
