How do I find a car I like?
Some of our auctions have over a hundred cars for sale. At an average Turners Car Auction you'll find an array of vehicles from BMW's to Barinas, and everything in between. Exotics, late and early model cars, family cars and collectibles. There's even a wide selection of vans, trucks and other commercial vehicles available at selected auctions. Chances are that if it's out there, you'll find it at a Turners Car Auction.
How do I find out what cars are being auctioned?
On the morning or evening before each auction a selection of the vehicles available will usually be advertised in the 'Cars for sale' section of your local newspaper. We can fax you a complete listing on the day of the auction or when you arrive at the auction, you can purchase a buyer's catalogue detailing all the cars to be auctioned that day. Catalogues are available for viewing on our web site. Information is regularly updated so you will be viewing the very latest available details.
Can I take a test drive?
You're more than welcome to not only inspect any vehicle you're interested in, but also to take it for a test drive. Just check with a Turners consultant first as test drives are limited to certain times at some auctions.
Is there any guide available as to the mechanical condition of the vehicle?
At most Turners branches the majority of vehicles over $2,000 in value display an independent pre-auction condition report.
Can I get a more detailed mechanical appraisal?
Yes. For a very reasonable fee you can obtain an independent expert appraisal. To ensure the vehicle is checked in time, it pays to contact the inspection company the day before auction to arrange an appointment. Contact your nearest branch for their details.
How do I get approved as a Dealer client?
When you initially register you can opt to be registered as a dealer. Once approved you can access trade only sales and enjoy the many benefits of being a trade approved client.
You will be contacted by Turners Credit department within 24 hours to verify your dealer details and set up your dealer account. In the meantime you can register as a non dealer which will allow you access to all public auctions.
If you require access to trade areas sooner please contact the credit department directly on (09) 580 9376.
