Find it.

Our website has a listing of every good we currently have for auction.

Just enter what you’re looking for in the Search box to the left. The results will list all the matches we currently have in our system. If you don’t find what you’re after right away, don’t worry. We have lots of goods constantly coming online. All you need to do is either call a consultant at your local branch, or register with us and save your search to your Favourites. Then we’ll email you when a matching good, or goods, become available.

Check it.

Not only are there lots of details on the website about the good you are interested in, you can also come in and see it before the auction. To find out when you can view the goods contact your closest branch.

Buy it.

To make it as easy and convenient as possible for you to buy, there are a few ways to bid - either in person, over the phone, or by absentee bid. But first you need to register at your local branch reception.

Bidding In Person....

When you register you’ll be given a bidder’s number. You can use this to make your bid, or you can simply hold up your hand so the auctioneer can see it clearly (don’t worry no one ever bought anything just for scratching their nose).

If you’re the top bidder when the hammer comes down the good is yours. If you are the top bidder, but the good hasn’t reached its reserve, we’ll negotiate a price between you and the owner.

Bidding by Phone or Absentee....

If you can't make the auction, let our consultants know and they can work with you by either placing an absentee bid on your behalf or through phone bidding. But remember you need to register first.

Pay for it.

When you are the successful bidder the next steps are easy.

At the fall of the hammer you must pay a minimum deposit of $500 or 10% with the full balance paid by the end of the day. You can use Eft-pos, bank cheque, credit card or even cash. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners. All credit card transactions have a 1.5% convenience fee applied. Remember all goods have a Turners buyers fee applied on top of the purchase price.

The Turners Protection Plan buyers fee is payable on all purchases and is applied to your purchase price. Please contact your local branch to confirm the exact fee as these may vary from auction to auction.
