
Turners Live in a work environment
If you want to access Turners Live from a work environment or from behind a network Firewall, please read information below.
Typical Network Firewall Scenarios:
- Turners Live launches to 99% and hangs
- You receive an error message saying "Failed to load source file"
Network Firewall Solutions:
- Make sure your have Administrative rights to make changes to your computer settings. (If you have a Network Firewall it is there for a good reason, and Turners will not be held liable for any risk your computer is exposed to if you should turn off your Firewall.)

It has been much simplified and now there is only one subnet (range of IP addresses) which need to be added.
111.125.168.0/26 or in another format (111.125.168.0 255.255.255.192). This range includes all the auction lanes e.g. penal3.turners.liveblockauctions.com
You still need ports 6789, 8000, 9192 and 80 open both ways to the above IP range.

It is highly recommended that you contact your IT team or System Administrator and get them to make changes to your Network Firewall ports. The following ports need to be opened to ensure that your system is able to connect to our servers:

- You will also need to ping the following URL: http://turner1.turners.liveblockauctions.com
- For businesses that are small and do not have a IT team it is advised that you contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and ask them to check your connectivity. You can also ask if you have a Proxy set up. If you have a Proxy you may want to try to turn it off then try to load up the online bidding software.
