Uninstalling Anti-Virus Temporarily
Please Note: If you are experiencing any problems while installing Turners Live, you may need to temporarily uninstall your anti virus software.
We suggest that you only uninstall your anti virus software temporarily. It is at the users discretion, and Turners will not be held liable for any security issues caused due to uninstalling anti virus software.
Avast click here for more info...
- Right-click on Avast icon in Windows system tray
- Choose Stop on-Access Protection
- Choose to stop any other checks that may hinder Container connections

- Click on AVG Control Center icon in Windows system tray
- Click Tools -> Advanced Settings ->Resident Shield
- Uncheck Enable resident shield

- Right-Click AVG icon in Windows system tray
- Click Tools -> Advanced Settings -> Resident Shield
- Uncheck Enable Resident Shield
- Click OK -> Click red X at top right

- Right-click on icon in Windows system tray
- Click Pause Protection
- Click Pause on pop-up confirmation box
McAfee click here for more info...
- Right-click on McAfee icon Windows system tray
- Click Pause Protection
- Confirm by clicking Yes on pop-up confirmation box

- Right-click on Norton icon in Windows system tray
- Click Disable Auto-protect
- Set desired duration

Attention all Firefox users: Firefox 3.6 will be compatible on Turners Live from Friday the 29th January 2010. You will need to click on Tools->Add-Ons, then click on the Find Updates button to update the LAILoader
